- Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Inside Dhaka: 1–24 hours
- Outside Dhaka: 1–2 working days Delivery times depend on order confirmation, stock availability, and location. Shipping charges may apply based on your delivery address.
6. Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for faulty or damaged products.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
7. Warranty
