Orders & Payments
We accept secure online payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and debit/credit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within eligible areas.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–24 hours inside Dhaka and 1–2 working days outside Dhaka, once your payment is confirmed.
Yes—if your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet. Please call 01946004706 as soon as possible to request changes.
Not at all. Payments are handled securely through third-party gateways. We never store or see your card information.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, don’t worry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
Yes! JOYROOM offers a 6-month brand warranty on select items, covering manufacturing defects. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
We offer replacement only in case of defects. If the item is functioning properly but not to your liking, we currently do not support returns for that reason.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow cancellations once an order is in transit. If there’s an issue, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
No, we do not offer price match refunds after a purchase is made.
If you are using international credit/debit cards, your bank may charge a small international transaction fee—check with your issuer for details.

We offer fast nationwide delivery:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–24 hours
- Outside Dhaka: 1–2 working days Shipping fees vary by location and weight—details are shown at checkout.
Your order number is a unique ID for your purchase and can be found in the confirmation email or SMS you receive after placing the order.
