How do I pay for my order?

We accept secure online payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and debit/credit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within eligible areas.

When will you process my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–24 hours inside Dhaka and 1–2 working days outside Dhaka, once your payment is confirmed.

Can I change the contents of my order after I've placed it?

Yes—if your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet. Please call 01946004706 as soon as possible to request changes.

Does JOYROOM collect and store my credit card details?

Not at all. Payments are handled securely through third-party gateways. We never store or see your card information.

Why did my online transaction fail?

Common reasons include incorrect card details, insufficient balance, or server errors. Try again or switch to a different payment method.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What if I have a problem after receiving my order?

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, don’t worry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Do you offer product warranty?

Yes! JOYROOM offers a 6-month brand warranty on select items, covering manufacturing defects. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

What if I simply don’t like the product after receiving it?

We offer replacement only in case of defects. If the item is functioning properly but not to your liking, we currently do not support returns for that reason.

Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow cancellations once an order is in transit. If there’s an issue, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I get a refund if the price drops after I purchase?

No, we do not offer price match refunds after a purchase is made.

Will I be charged international bank fees?

If you are using international credit/debit cards, your bank may charge a small international transaction fee—check with your issuer for details.

We offer fast nationwide delivery:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–24 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 1–2 working days Shipping fees vary by location and weight—details are shown at checkout.
What is an order number and where can I find it?

Your order number is a unique ID for your purchase and can be found in the confirmation email or SMS you receive after placing the order.

Will you contact me after shipping?

Absolutely. You’ll receive an update by SMS or email along with your tracking number.

How can I check my order status?

Track your order using the tracking link sent to you after dispatch. Still unsure? Contact our support team for help.

Why is my tracking not updating or showing no carrier?

Sometimes logistics platforms need extra time to update. If it doesn’t update within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to us.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Call us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the delivery address

Are there any import taxes or duties?

For local orders, no import duties apply. International charges (if any) are borne by the customer.
