JOYROOM Bangladesh provides JOYROOM consumer electronics and accessories for customers in Bangladesh. Our product range includes power banks, chargers, holders, cables, hubs, car accessories, and smart lifestyle gadgets.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently. Customers under 18 should make purchases with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through joyroom.com.bd are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

• An order may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable.
• Orders may also be cancelled where payment, pricing, stock, or fraud-related issues require it.
• Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Returns & Replacements

JOYROOM Bangladesh provides a replacement process for eligible faulty or damaged products in accordance with its applicable replacement policy.

• Eligible replacement requests should generally be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product should be returned in appropriate condition with original packaging and proof of purchase where required.
• Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or conditions outside the applicable policy may not qualify.

Official Warranty

Selected JOYROOM products are covered by an official 12-month warranty for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty policy.

• Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products.
• Accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification may not be covered.
• Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.

Where a refund is applicable, the process and timing may depend on the payment method, order status, and reason for the refund.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices accurate. Minor differences in packaging, colour, or product presentation may occur.
